Here’s a neat idea…

Speed cameras in Stockholm have been set-up to snap every car that passes.

All those speeding are automatically fined with the money accruing in a fine ‘pool’.

Everybody travelling under the speed limit are entered into a lottery, where the case prizes come from the fines paid by speeders.

Result – slower, safer drivers smiling at speed cameras, and potentially winning money. Neat idea eh?
